Interplay and communication is what Oliver Gannon and Bill Coon’s Too Much Guitar! project is all about. The musical conversation is fluid and sparks fly.

The band’s critically acclaimed debut CD Two Much Guitar showcases the conversational quality and intimacy the duo achieves in a live setting. More recently Two Much More! (Cellar Live, June 2015) received rave reviews as the band continues to evolve. Juno nominee Bill Coon was awarded Jazz Guitarist of the Year in 2009 while Juno award winner Oliver Gannon was chosen Jazz Guitarist of the Year in 2003.

A true blend of classic standards and originals from Coon and Gannon are performed with verve, wit and spontaneity. Their influences include Wes Montgomery, Jim Hall, and Grant Green. Two Much Guitar! has an upbeat, swinging sound all its own. Featuring: Oliver Gannon on guitar, Bill Coon on guitar, Darren Radtke on acoustic bass, and David Robbins on drums.
